Join our Commodity Markets and Finance team. You will play a key role in expanding AI capabilities across commodities trading including but not limited to data analysis, pre-trade and post-trade workflows, improved decision-making, efficiency, and control.

Responsibilities or duties

You will support trading and financial data processes across areas including trade capture, P&L, risk reporting, and operational controls. You will identify opportunities to apply AI and improve data quality, streamline workflows, and generate better insight from trading and financial data. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams, contribute to use case development and support the delivery of practical solutions. You will also support improvements across data validation, reconciliations, exception management, and other control processes, while helping expand the use of AI across the function.

Qualifications or requirements

A strong technical mindset, with curiosity and a willingness to learn

Experience working with data in a business-facing role, ideally within trading, financial markets, or a similarly data-rich environment

The ability to break down complex problems in a structured way and deliver high-quality outputs

Exposure to, or a strong interest in, applying AI, machine learning, or data-driven approaches to business problems

Excellent communication skills

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
